    I only have centerfires threaded for my suppressor's and they are all lights out accurate. Now that I think about it, it must just be that I am just that good, yeah, that is probably it. ;)

    Looks like grease from your hands, does it come off or is it being difficult? And no, I have 3 razors and havent had that happen to any. If it is bad, Vortex will replace that.

    Instead of the Anvil 30, use the leveling base (more better). RRS carbon tripod are rock steady and not heavy. As others have said commit to tri-pod or bi-pod will save you weight.

What you want to do with the mag is completely doable since you are willing to swap the stock, you would just need it inleted for the badger. I also like your caliber...

    Take a look at Stiller actions, many rem clone actions but built better. For barrels I have used PacNor many times, they will add a barrel nut if you wish, fluting, threading etc...
