Fn spr fires when you rack the bolt fast? Help

The trigger itself isn’t bad. It’s not a jewel trigger tech or gieselle.. the only thing I would change it out for would be a good two stage. I absolutely love a good 2 stage trigger. For now I’ll adjust it and see what happens. Timney got back to me this morning. I just haven’t had a chance to...

Fn spr fires when you rack the bolt fast? Help

Ok thanks. I’ll do a little more research. Normally I’d just cycle the bolt slow and be mindful of it. I purchased this gun to cycle fast with lightweight bullets so I need to get it squared away.

Fn spr fires when you rack the bolt fast? Help

Just got a used fn spr a1. In the process of cleaning the barrel action etc. after getting it greased go through the motions racking the bolt to compare it to my other rifles and I noticed the firing pin releases once in a while when you rack the bolt quickly. It does have a timney trigger...

Zeiss victory fl diavari 1600$ with box

As the title says I have a zeiss victory fl diavari 6-24x56 T*FL mil dot reticle for sale. Perfect condition. I just don’t hunt anymore and that’s what this scope was purchased for. When the suns going down and your trying to squeeze out those last few minutes before it’s time to pack it in...

    6.5 Creedmoor build

I chose a jp precision barrel and all their internals and moving parts. Trigger tech trigger ,aero upper and lower with a prs stock to help balance the gun. I don’t think your gonna get a light weight gas gun in 6.5 creedmoor because you need a longer barrel and gas tube. This was my last load...

    Springfield saint pistol accuracy?

No it’s not perfect. There’s one stray but I’m thrilled with this 5 shot group at 100 yards. Resting the hand guard on bags since I don’t really have a bipod attachment or anything of the sort for it. Hand loaded 55 grain flat base el cheap o bullets in bulk lake city brass.

    Shooting glasses?

I have a pair of the oakley shooting glasses. Left them sit in the door of my truck for a few months and the coating seems to be peeling off like cheap window tint. I was very disappointed as I don’t usually spend so much on glasses.

Differences in a pistol and sbr??

I don’t want to make it an sbr just to be clear. I’m trying to avoid unknowingly turning into one by putting something on it I shouldn’t.

Differences in a pistol and sbr??

What qualifies a gun as a pistol instead of an sbr? I realize it’s usually weather or not it has a stock or brace but Is there an overall length that it cannot exceed? Are there any attachments that make a pistol an sbr? Like a forward hand grip or law folding stock adapter etc? I have a...

    Tactical lra bipod vs f-class

Both are extremely good Bipods. I’m not going to dig into which is better for each and every individual. I figured since I have one of each I would take pictures of them side by side collapsed and folded up, “collapsed”legs in shortest position” and down, legs in longest position and down and a...

    Springfield saint pistol accuracy?

Best 5 shot group right around 2” at 50 yards off a backpack. Only ammo i tried was Norma tac 223 55 grain. Trigger is a little stiff for precision work.

    Savage MSR competition models!?!

I agree 100%. I love my savage bolt actions. For the 700$ or so I’ve spent on them they shoot very well and we’re easy to build into solid shooters. Put a 3000$ price tag on them. I don’t think so. To many solid high end options right now.

Rifle Scopes Compact Gas Gun Optic 1500 or less

Personally I like the vortex viper pst front focal plane. Gen 1 is substantially lighter then the gen 2 but both great choices. Gen 1 is a 6-24 the second is 5-25. For my closer work I chose the Trijicon Accupower 1-8 segmented circle. I love this reticle in front focal plane.

    Springfield saint pistol accuracy?

finally came across one in the wild again. Picked it up with a Trijicon acuupower 1-8 with segmented circle. A little heavy for this kind of gun but I like it. Hopefully get out in the next week or two to try it out.

JP VMOS or LMOS for 20" Suppressed 6.5 Creedmoor AR10?

I just recently built a 6.5 creedmoor gas gun. After a ton of research I decided to go with jp precision’s 22” barrel with extra long gas tube. A shorter barrel with shorter gas tube can be problematic. Don’t believe me check out precision rifle blogs test where they compare high end bolt...

    Christensen arms carbon fiber ar15?

Would the pof renegade plus be a better option? Seems to have better reviews without the bad ones.

    Christensen arms carbon fiber ar15?

I held one. It was super comfortable. I like the thin grip area on the front of the hand guard. It has a 1moa guarantee and is gas piston. But I’ve found a couple terrible reviews. I emailed them about the accuracy guarantee and they said if it wouldn’t get 1moa they would take it and check it...

    Christensen arms carbon fiber ar15?

I’ve read mixed reviews on the Christensen arms carbon ar15. I thought I’d ask the guys here what they thought. Held one at eurooptic and thought it felt like a decent rifle. Almost bought it but backed out because I don’t want to be disappointed. I love my jp rifles
