    Trigger pound pull

    I do a 1,000 yards a lot and running a 3 1/4 pound trigger. I been holding a 4 1/4'' group at 1,000 yards. Also did a mile, same rifle, with little less 1 1/2 MOA at a mile.

    Know one thing, there is three 6x24 XTR's that I know and they are great, not dogcrap. My two friends love theirs. Been doing 500, 1,000 yards and even a one mile shoots. By the way my turrets aren't mushy.

    Why No 30 06

    You forgot some thing, they both work very well. The 30.06 from 1903 and 308 from the 50's. I know if it isn't new it cant work. So give us a break.

    All I know my NM M1A is a MOA rifle. With 168 grain and 155 grains loads. They are my reloads.

    I started out with MOA and I'm to old to care or change. Just a old fart. So far it works for me at 1,000 yards and even a 1 mile. Guess I well stick with it.
