    Sslaughter in Norway

Re: Sslaughter in Norway And what would that say about the police of Norway? He better digs the graves of those he killed with his bare hands in the norwegian mountains...just shooting him would not really be a punishment, don't you think? Putting him on trial ans serving justice is the...

    Sslaughter in Norway

Re: Sslaughter in Norway Isn't that a bit too much of paranoid immigration talk? The world population was always on the move...hence the US of A. Same is true today. People still move west in hope for a better life. There were always criminal elements moving with the peaceful immigrants...

    Sslaughter in Norway

Re: Sslaughter in Norway That's why I don't belief half the stuff the news report... Saw the pics they released of the pimped rifle, guess the news made it a bit more dramatic, to fuel the anti-gun attitude over here. Thanks for the info, cardinal.

Range Report Introducing "Shooter", ballistics for Android!

Re: Introducing "Shooter", ballistics for Android! I might have found a bug. Was fooling around with different atmospheric conditions in Shooter and JBM for comparison with the exact same values and I found out Shooter does not highlight the drop below supersonic speed on the table screen...

    Surgeon 591 drivers...question..

Re: Surgeon 591 drivers...question.. No oil on mine, but it is TiAlN coated, which reduces the friction coefficient drastically. But it might be a different story for non-coated bolts.

Photos What does this symbol mean?

Re: What does this symbol mean? Not sure if it is the same in austria, in Germany a special permission is required to buy/own ammo that was not tested/certified by CIP standards.

    Vibram five finger shoes

    Scope covers: Flip-cap or bikini?

Re: Scope covers: Flip-cap or bikini? I scrapped my flip-open and got bikinis for my S&B 5-25x56 with 50 mm sunshade, had to cut off one of the rubber bands to make it fit. Without cutting off the trianglular "junction" of the rubber band the butler bikini cover has at each side of the scope...

Range Report Introducing "Shooter", ballistics for Android!

Re: Introducing "Shooter", ballistics for Android! Apropos web interface, could you think about a change to the "home screen" for the rifle/ammo data? Maybe a tree-like structure, the rifle as the parent class and the ammo listed as its sub-classes. This way a simple click on the ammo would...

Fieldcraft Good free ballistic calc for Droid?

Re: Good free ballistic calc for Droid? Strelok gives about the same values for me, but it sometimes a PITA to deal with. Shooter is more user-friendly, only issue I have (probably due to location, not confirmed by anyone) is that I get no weather data, but I live in Germany.
