The cheekplate tilts, the adjustments move if you look at it sideways. If you want to put it in a smaller case ie collapse it down - it is finicky to get back to the exact same spot again. If you ever remove to cheekplate (eg to add a weibad pad) it's like a chinese fire drill to put it all...

Realized I didn't respond to this thread either lol... Replacement runs great - no issues at all, seem to be as accurate or more than my RPRF... Put a Weibad cheek pad on it (dang $40 for that little bit of pad and cloth though) and a Muller 8-32 on top and plink away :).

The replacement came in today (laminate stock version). Tested in the shop before I left an no bullet nicks/dents with lead nose CCI, SK, Eley or Lapua - so happy for that. Will get it out to the range sometime next week and run some CCI MiniMag's through it to work the action.

So Davidson's is going to replace it. They are out of the grey stock so I am getting the laminated version - like hamrmech's a few posts up - which I like so that's fine. Hopefully won't have the same issues as the first one, if it does I'll be done with these and move on to something else.

I'm also not thrilled with the BX. I actually prefer the RPRimFire trigger, and it's not great either lol. After I get it good and broke in I'll look at some other options. I also picked up a 10/22 TakeDown model at my home range's swap meet for a song, so have been playing with it as well...

This is likely what I need to do, as mine choked on SK Match, same as CCI SV...dented bullets. But it's still relatively new, going to run some more CCI Mini Mag through it to work the action and get it broken in. Then I will try SK Standard Plus (not Match, not sure if that was issue) again.
