I have a custom built Rem 700 in .300WM with a newer style 2.0 stock. it feeds fine until I get to the last round in the mag. My bolt rides over the round and will bind up. It does't do this if I very slowly bump my bolt forward...and I don't want to have to baby my gun. Is the mag follower...

Finally received my S&B 5-25 today. I figured it shouldn't be too hard to figure out, but after reading and trying to understand the literature in the manual, it's leaving me confused on how to use the double turn feature. I can only turn so far either way that my turrets won't do a double turn...
