Do you have the Magpul BAD lever installed on this rifle? I experienced the same problem but the issue was caused by the BAD lever contacting the upper and preventing the bolt stop from coming all the way up.

My Rainier Ultramatch 18" intermediate is sub MOA for match ammo and MOA for NATO type ammo at 100 yds. I like the company. They stand behind their claims. It's easy for me to hit 600 yard 10" targets with 77gr match ammo. I haven't tried further yet.

CCI green tags. They aren't advertised as subs but they really are. Anything under 1126fps for the most part excluding other variables. They are subs in my 10/22. They are very accurate as well. Just wish they were copper plated.

Yep, good reccomendation. Neck sizing only works if the brass was previously fired in the intended chamber.

No, I used to be in that part until I retired and moved way up North. The hunting is better down there, sure miss it.. rockchucks, whistlepigs, coyotes, rabbits, birds, dear, elk. It had it all. We just have deer, elk, a smidge of rockchucks and maybe a wandering coyote once in a while.
