Ok, I'm trying to cheap out and am condisering buying a automotive style 1/4" torque wrench from Harbor Freight for 19.99. Torque settings are from 20-200 inch pounds. Is this a good idea or is it just plain stupid? Need input.

What is everyone coating their bolts with?. I am going to have my gun dipped but not sure if it is a good idea to have the bolt dipped. I am concerned that the coating would be too thick and would not fit in the action or would rub off after use. Maybe duracoat or cerakote would be better on the...
