I started my diet 4 weeks ago. 45 min cardio on the bike every day and light weights sometimes. I started at 208lbs and after 2 weeks went down to 196 now in the last 2 weeks have been creeping back up and im at 206lbs today... WTF??? my diet has not changed at all. I have been very strict...

Anyone in the NH/ME area that has a GAP 10 I can try before I buy?

Just spent a hour on the phone with Jeff at USO. He explained alot of thing to me and was very patient while we went over ALL the options. This is what we came up with
