Searched through the forums and Google and couldn't find anything on witch mount works for this scope. Through trial and error with Mile High I have found the SP-5001, and SP-5006 won't work. Anybody have one in a Spuhr mount? Spacing needs to short like a S&B but 35mm tube.

I cannot seem to find an adapter to fit it to 5/8-24, which is what all the .338 cans are. Should I have the barrel threads modified or have an adapter made? It currently has a Vais brake on it.

I got to test my Terrapin out today across a lake. I tried to hit a metal building on the other side and it ranged 4,895 yards. I read on their site it has a max range of 2,400 m. Which equates to roughly 2,625 y. Is it reading right? Anyone else hit targets with a Terrapin at that range?

Heard a rumor from a very reliable source the new NF FFP scope will be released in May. Didn't get any other details other than MAP would be around $3,200. Anybody heard anything else?

Let's just say I have an opportunity to buy a gently used one for under $1,500. I have seen and handled the scope. It is being sold as a demo unit. I have a $2,000 budget. Should I scoop this up or just go with the NF NXS I initially wanted? It's going on a Rem. 700 AAC-SD .308.

I guess I must be missing something. I have 700 Sendero and an AAC-SD and I think the triggers are great. I can adjust the weight of pull on my Sendero way down. Both triggers have almost no creep. I just don't understand the hype behind aftermarket triggers. Why are the $200 better?
