Anybody got any pics of an IOR modified mp8 reticle? Specifically the 3.5-18x50 one with the illumination on? Having trouble finding anything on the net...

So I'm looking at some IOR scopes and was curious to see if anybody knew the differences between the 3.5x-18x and the 3-18x SH edition besides the 50mm objective. Does the mp8 reticle on the 3.5x version come fully illuminated or is it just the center?

I'm trying to decide between the us optics 1.8-10x ergo jng mil reticle or the tpal c2 reticle. I plan to put this on a 308 semi auto rifle. I prefer the c2 reticle cuz it seems much faster than the jng mil reticle at 1.8x but I hear that the ergo has slightly better glass and is less finicky...
