Quick question to all: How much does the 10x differ from the 12x Super Snipers from SWFA? I have heard that the 10x is a better scope all around, but is the difference really noticeable enough to get one over the other? Is one going to be better over the other in terms of optical clarity...

i have a ss fixed 10x scope on a win m70 sa .308 rifle heavy barrel, what would be the effective distance i could shoot at with that set up.(more less with the fixed powered scope.

If I focus at all with the scope I have a hard time keeping the rear flip up cap to stay on the scope. Any suggested solutions? By the way I put a size 14 on the rear as suggested. (I already tried tape, just a sticky mess that I had to clean up!)
