I am gathering parts for a 338 Edge build. I have the barrel and action 700 LA mag, soo I'm almost there. What bottom metal or mag set up are you guys using. I was going to just use a Wyatt box and BDL bottom metal to start. But if something else is clearly better I would go that way. Thanks Eric

I have a blue printed 700 LA that was originally a 300 WinMag. I am considering rebarreling to 338 Edge. Are there any issues with the feed rails that will need to be address to use it as a repeater. I intend on using a Wyatt extended box. Thanks Eric

Does anyone know if any 300 RUM action will work for a future 338 Edge rifle? For example, if I buy a SAKO or Winchester in 300 RUM, and rebarrel it, would it work for a 338 Edge? This seems like a viable option compared to a Lapua. Thanks.

Ah...my pride and joy! This is my 338 Edge built on a Stiller Precision Python action. It has a Jewell trigger, McMillan Tooley MBR stock, 30" Hart barrel, Vais muzzle brake, and 12-42x56 NXS scope. Without a doubt my most prized possession!!
