I'm thinking about a NF 1-4x24. The 1-4x24 is intended for my POF shorty SBR. Close range to 300 yd work. I'm a civie, so real life CQB would be SHTF in the house, so I'm pretty sure reticle brightness won't be an issue. I'm atwix the NP-1 or FC-2. I think the NP-1 would be better at precision...
Has anyone used the FC-2 reticle on the NXS 1-4x for hold over snap shots with AR15? Original manual from NXS 1-4x : "The triangular aiming point under the circle can be used as a 10 M.O.A. holdover point from the center dot, and as a ranging tool in combination with the circle and dot." so...
What reticle would be best for this kind of shooting in your guys opinions. Rifle will be an AIA M10 B1 .308 (Modernized Lee Enfield). Sought of would not mind trying the FC2 and reckon it would work really well on pigs etc.
I am considering this reticle on a 2.5-10 that will sit on an AR. I have not seen a scope with this reticle in person. If anyone has a NF with this reticle, how do you like it?
