    Jeff May and Tactical Inovations

    Is anyone familiar with Jeff May, with Tactical Innovations out of Oakton Virginia? I am looking at purchasing a tactical rifle built by him, but know nothing of his work. He is supposedly a retired USMC armorer. Any help would be appreciated.
