With all the great custom builders out there doing full custom builds, is there anyone decent who still does relatively simple gunsmithing but with high quality? I dont mind a reasonable wait but dont think it should take as long as a full custom job either. Someone must have this niche covered...

what's a good brand for a 5/8-24 TAP ? looking at the mscdirect.com website, they sell various brands. This is for re-threading a suppressor to mount on bolt rifle. thanks.

This might sound like a stupid question but I just got into reloading but can you reload .223 Hornady TAP brass? Any problems with it reloading or is it actually better ?

I just shot some Hornady Tap 168 AMAX and some Black Hills 168 AMAX out of my LTR. 26 MOA up for the Black Hills and 28.5 MOA up for the TAP. Seems the TAP runs about 100 fps slower than the BH? -dan
