As some of yall already know, the mark 5 Leupold scopes are extremely popular and have been dominating in rifle matches all over the country. The only improvement request I’ve heard is the windage dial is a pain. I decided to make a replacement dial for the scope to help this issue. The New...
Hello. I recently aquired a nightforce atacr 5-25x56 for my barrett M82. Question is, I cannot move the windage adjustment a full turn from left to right. I'm not sure how to get the full sweep of windage, am I doing it wrong? I can move it from 5.7L To 5.7R and no more.
Welp, this one stings. Posting my Kahles K318i scope up for sale with the MSR/Ki illuminated reticle and right side windage turret. I bought this here on the Hide about a year and a half ago and this is still without a doubt my favorite scope I've ever owned. Selling because our AC just crapped...
Hide-- I recently got a NF NX8 2.5-20 for my 6.5 Grendel hunting rig. The reticle is Tremor3, which I have not had before. Does anyone out there run a TRM3 with a 6.5 grendel and roughly a 20 inch barrel? If so, could someone explain what the windage dots represent for the caliber and what mil...
Why do almost all scope manufactueres have windage knobs on the right side of the scope? It just seems like a left side one would make a lot more sense.
Is there such a thing as a Windage adjustable AR style FRONT sight? I'm looking for something that can be attached to a Picatinny rail and folding if possible. Yeah, I also laughed when I first tried to find one...
I have a couple different loads that I shoot out of my 700 PSS. I just confirmed my base zero for my main load (168 SMK over 43.5 grs of Varget, win brass, fed primer) and switched over to a varmit load I just started to work out. I'm using 110gr SVK's, 40 grs varget and the rest is the same...
I have had this problem with my rifle, Remington 700 SPS Tactical in .308. It is zeroed at 100 yards and does great (I know, its only 100 yards, I just use it to check my zero) but when I back up to 600 yards, dial up 15.xx moa or whatever, my poi is about 1 moa right. I get concerned so I move...
I'm thinking of purchasing a USO SN-3 3.2-17x44 in the near future (I'm waiting to decide until I get back from Iraq). I would want to get the US #3 M40 style knob with windage stop. I like the stop because I'm used to the S&B we use on our M40A3's, Mk11's, and SASR's, which offers 6 mils left...
How many mils of left and right windage do you get out of a USO SN-3 with a 34mm tube with the US #3 M40 style with windage stop? How about with a 30mm tube? Thanks guys, Mike.
Okay gents this is my problem. I have an AR that has an 18 inch SS barrel on it. The rifle shoots great!! No problems with groups or fliers, everything is tight on the rifle, rail, rings...everything. I had a 10X SS with side focus on it at first but after doing some shooting drills with it...
FIL purchased a Bushmaster AR and is shooting 55 grain hornaday vmax out of it. I've done some searching and can find no data for windage adjustments (say 10 mph crosswind). Found all I need for bullet drop
