F T/R Competition “Pod-Pad” Fill Material" (type/source)?

Yesterday my Joy-Pod and “Pod-Pad” arrived.., what a beautiful piece of kit! (Ernie as really great to deal with)... As I look to get my equipment set up, what options did you use to fill fill the small “pads”? The search function provided ideas like “volcanic glass” and small glass beads, but I thought I’d reach out to this forum for specific options (and since we’re in the Penalty Box at 5he moment... source of materials (on-line))... thanks for the assistance!

Thanks, I just went to the website and ordered a funnel and 15lbs of heavy sand.., all set! Appreciate the guidance.
