I know my rifle and my shot are no where near as impressive as the last thread, but I figured I'd throw up a pic. Hunted unit 47 in Wyoming for the first time this year for antelope. What a cool hunt, tons of goats to glass.
Anyways, I shot this buck on first morning of the hunt. Put four stocks on him before getting a 200 yard shot (must have been that orange hat). One shot from my 300 RUM, using 210 Berger VLD's at 3150 fps and you'd a thought he'd been struck by lightning! A little too much gun, but he was DRT (no tracking). He's no booner but I was happy with him for my first antelope.
