What bullets do you use for 10 twist. I can get 175, 200 or 210 hpbt and need to know which you recomend for shooting out to from 500 to 1000 yds.

Since you didn't clearly specify, I'll assume you are talking about the .308win. For which the 175SMK is the Standard, and does quite well out to 1,000 yards.
