Rifle Scopes 1 - 4x for Noveske N6 Leonidas

Just looking for some suggestions on a 1-4x scope for my Leo.
The rifle is a 12.5" barrel and I have dismissed an Eotech or Aimpoint. I'm a hunter and want a scope. Right now I've narrowed it down to the SWFA and the Vortex. Give me some feedback on each one and if you want throw some new suggestions. $2000 for a scope is out of the question so no S&B and US Optics. I know I know you buy a Lambo and don't want to put a Honda on top but times are tuff. Thanks in advance fellas!!!

From what I've heard and read, The SWFA is the best bang for the buck 1-4 on the market right now. It's going to be my next scope purchase.

I just looked at the Vortex viper PST 1-4 at my local gunshop, very nice optics, the turrets were easy to read, the clicks were very good. All in all I had no complaints about it, especially the price.
Although, I have no hands on the SWFA model , i ma sure it will be fine too. I might pick the vortex up to replace the old Millet DMS 1-4.

The SS 1-4x and the Vortex PST 1-4x are not even in the same league. Price wise they are much different and quality wise they are even more so. The SS was designed to compete with scopes like the Vortex Razor in the $1200 plus range. Drives me crazy how people keep comparing it to the PST. Its like comparing a Leupold VX3 to a Swaro Z6, there just is no comparison.

If you go with the SS 1-4x you will be satisfied. I have owned and used alot of low powered scopes the SS 1-4x is by far the best I have used. I was never quite satisfied with all the low powered scopes I tried on my ARs. Them I bought a couple of the SS 1-4x scopes and no longer feel that way. I feel like I finally have one of the best available and it have all the features that I could want. It is a super good scope, especially with the group buy right now that gets you a free Bobro mount and cattail.

You wont regret it. Not one bit. I run a similar one on my LaRue Stealth.

Check Midway USA for the Leupold seconds....I picked up a european 1-4 with the german reticle for under $400 it is a great little scope
