Hahaha. Are we really surprised by that figure, though? We are living in a time in which it becomes more and more clear that our Government is out to do what they want and not listen to Us, the Citizens. They think they know best for us, and are quick to force their legislation through to restrict us "for our safety."
People see what is coming down, and they're getting while the getting is good.
