10/22 Barrel Block Question

Does anyone know the torque specs on the barrel block screws and take down screw on an aluminum receiver?

IIRC 22-28in lbs

I start at 20in lbs and work up(no more then 30in lbs) from there to find the sweet spot with the ammo I use the most.
