10/22 TALO / ITAC / ATI stock question

if anyone has a 10/22 wearing a ATI strikeforce stock, is there somewhere on the top of it (handguard area) that a front sight (like a picatinny) can be mounted?

got a 10/22 bug again, the TALO / ITAC appears to have a rifle in it that is sightless, just wondering if a front iron sight could be put on.
