What scope is the best fit for a colt m2012 308 @1000 yards for the money?

What is the more precise MRAD or MOA?

I use the VORTEX RAZOR HD GEN1 5X20 ON MY STEYR SSG04 at 1000 yards all the time. From what I have heard on the hide you can now find them for under $1400. This is a very hard to beat scope even when they were $1999.
