Just got my first box of 6mm 105 Hybrids, lot number P01511.

I took some measurements with them (to compare to the 107 SMK and 108 ELD) and got an OAL of 1.275 and BTO of 0.666.

Looking on Berger's website, it shows the 105 Hybrid with an OAL of 1.256 and BTO of 0.624.

I don't think I'm a *complete* dumbass and feel pretty comfortable using digital caliper and Hornady bullet comparator...curious if my measurements match anybody else's with newer 105s or not.

yes your numbers are good i just sold a bunch with the same measurements...i dont remember the lot# but they were older.

I’ve had differences in lot to lot pretty big, the funny thing is and in my experience only happens to this degree with Berger 105h’s they all shoot phenomenal. I’ve even stopped sorting bullets all together on these. It didn’t make a difference on target, they are so jump sensitive that I guess it doesn’t matter. The next best bullet I have found for this carefree loading is hornady (gasp) 147eldm. It has needed very little length adjustment for me. I wouldn’t worry about it, just have fun. Once you get a load you can check it every time you clean your rifle (that’s what I do) and I bet it’ll be fine.

I've had these bullets measure from 1.288"- 1.245", the shortest were the last lot of 3K that I bought. They are noticeably shorter but still shot great and matched the kestrel dopes.
