107g Load for 6.5x55

While the 107 SMK did not shoot very well from my gun, Varget (around 42 grains) did shoot the best followed by IMR 4350 (around 47 grains), then H4350 (around 48 grains). RL15 performed horribly.

FWIW, IMR 4350 worked very well for me with the 140 grain bullets. A fellow 6.5x55 shooter I met at the range one day suggested I try IMR 7828 as it was the best powder he had ever tried in that caliber--he was shooting 140's though.

Glad to see another 6.5 Swede shooter.:)

Have a bounty of all listed powders. I may be chasing my tail since my rifle has a 1/8 twist, but i like having a low recoiling load on hand.

Thanks for the info.
