Does anyone make a 12" rail on a 12.5" upper or should I just go with a 11" rail? I would like to do a dissapator style upper for my SBR.

So you will have a FSB too? I am confused. How will all that fit?

alright after some more searching, im going to put my own 12.5" together or purchase a BCM Kino configuration and remove the FSB.
then im going to use the troy TRX extreme battlerail 15". the reason for the overlap is that i think it will look best if you dont see the 1" of barrel and then a suppressor. ill only be shooting this thing with a liberty torch attached.
what do you guys think about that?

If you want the rail to overlap your suppressor with a diameter of 1.5 inches, you will need a rail with a larger diameter like a PRI carbon fiber for-end, a Daniel Defense MFR, or the Samson Evolution. The Troy is not wide enough.

Check out Seekins Precisions new monolithic style suppressor rail. You can get their new upper or with his kit you can add it to regular style uppers also. It might be hard to find on his site or not on there yet it's brand new.

ill check out seekins, i haven't ran across those before.
you guys are correct on the troys, i just got off the phone w/ them and they are all 1.37" ID. The samson is the current front runner.

i just checked out the seekins, they do look nice, but they are only 14". I was looking for a 15" one.

You should call and talk to Glen at Seekins or pm him (heatseekins), maybe they'll make you a longer one. Worth a try and its not like he'll be offended.
