its not missing any parts they have changed there design on the tactical model. but you do need to download the instructions off of there website. once you do that and set the trigger properly it will not drop the firing pin anymore. if you need anymore help pm me ill help you get it set up or since your a longtime member ill send you my number and talk you through some things you need to look for
note the safety on them feel notchy at first if it hasn't had much use. sometimes it doesn't go on safe all the way if this is the case and you pull the trigger then take it off of safe it will drop
