Load development with H4350 and 123 Lapua Scenar with my 26" match rifle. I didn't run them through a chronograph but reverse engineering dope at 715 yards. I'm estimating 2950-3000 fps with 45 grains. No pressure signs so I want to explore beyond 45 grains then dial in the the COL to get them shooting bug holes. 4.1 mils to 715 yards. I am loving the US Optics ER-25! The MIL MPR reticle is excellent, I want to get out and practice some range estimation with it soon.

The lower left group was my sight in using the team 139 load.

Thats a sweet setup and good shooting especially when you havent dialed it in yet. I have always shot the 139 lapuas and 142 smks through my 700 or savage. I just bought a bunch of 123 sierras and lapuas to try for the 3000 fps range. Good luck

Thank you! Keep us updated on how your load development goes!

With that 26" barrel, 3K+ shouldn't be an issue (assuming that's a 260). I'm getting 2900+ from 44.5gr of H4350 pushing 123 Amax's from my 20" 260 and it's ridiculously consistent.

Nice stick by the way!

I apologize, I should have mentioned its a 6.5 Creedmoor.

Any comments/opinions on how these compare to the Nosler BT 123's?

3023fps

20" barrel 6.5x47 123skinnie

Got another barrel being Melonited which should be even faster hoping for 3100fps

I will play with the COL to see if I can dial in 45.5 grains. This load should be going 3,000 fps + I will run them through a chronograph when I get the chance to confirm velocity.

Stuff like this makes me want a shorter barrel on my 260 even more...

I was mistaken on my numbers there. 44.5 is giving me 2872fps average in Rem 7-08 brass, 2.805" COL. 45gr of H4350 is where it gets above 2900fps, but the accuracy is better from 44.2-44.7gr. One of these days I'm going to see what I can squeeze from some 130gr Bergers.
