I am looking to get some load data for the 123 scenar in 6.5CM. None of the books I have reference that specific bullet. I went off some other 123gr bullets as a reference and really didnt like the results I got.

This is in a LMT MWS gasser. So if you have gas gun data with this bullet please share what you have.

I have tons of different pow to choose from but like to use H4350 when possible. Other pows are, Varget, 6.5 Staybal, xbr8208, cfe223, AR comp, imr4350.

Thank you for your time and thoughs.

40 thou off the lands and 44gr of h4350 was getting me 3000fps in a 24inch barrel.

Crazy expansion on foxes and kangaroos, chunks flying everywhere but other than that not a fan of them. BC was way off at 1000m.

I haven't used them in a gas gun, but Varget works great with them in a bolt action. I usually load 39 in Lapua cases and 39.5 in Hornady, 2897 fps.

    20” Proof +2 gas, 123 Scenar, Hornady brass, F210M, 42.3 H4350, .030 off lands, 60D/75% RH/1300’, 2787fps. Has been temp stable in +/- 20d conditions.

Pick the same weight or slightly higher weight bulltet and start with minimum load and work up. Should be in your reloading manual. Being a gas gun its better to load a faster powder to keep the gas port pressure in line.

Here’s a few with 120 Scenar-L and AR Comp. Three different charge weights, and a small sampling for certain, but also indicates what can be done with ARC and you want to work up loads in a ladder. 37.0 was good, but hard on primer pockets.
