Who out there makes a 16" barrel that takes a rifle length gas system?

I have one (fulton) it shoots pretty well with 175 SMK loads in the M118/FGMM velocity range.
FWIW I keep flip flopping on selling it. It shoots well...but it's not as good a shooter as douglas, lilja, hart and shilen barrels I have on various rifles. MOA or a little better is the norm.
