I shoot 155 Berger VLDs over Varget in my 18" suppressed 1 in 11 Broughton. Getting 2805 fps. Works well for hunting and targets.
Run the numbers on JBMs program.

I assume you have a Rock Barrel, there kinda fast, any 175 load will work fine, and will make it to 1k if you send them around 2650, which is not hard to do, and should be easy on the brass.
