18 inch, no picatiny handguard?

I have searched every manufacturer that I can find for a 18 in. no picatiny handguard that i know of. I like the Sampson factory rail on my RugerPR [ 20 in. .308] but will be eventually buy a 24 in 6,5 creedmore barrel. For appearance and to move the bipod further forward I want a longer handguard. Do they exist or am I looking for a unicorn?

Forgive me, I have sinned! A friend who has a Ruger Gen1 with a full length picatiny rail and I with a Gen2 without picatiny have become to refer to mine as a flat top.
I want a 18 inch handguard like the Sampson without full length picatiny. I will try to edit my title.
