180 gr bullets and the 300blk?

i have a 300blk coming in with 1:8 twist. My buddy has a slew of 180gr bullets. I believe them to be FMJ rounds for reloading 7.62x39 but am not sure.

any use or no good? dont see much about these weights unless they are round nosed or cast.

Normally bullets for the 7.62x39 are .311 diameter not .308.
