My dad recently got this rifle in exchange for some work. The gun was found in an attic, wrapped in a blanket. Its in phenomenal shape and likely hasn’t seen the light of day and 30+ years according to the woman who owns the house. My dad has no use for the gun and was wondering What it might be worth. He had one guy offer 700 for it which makes us think it’s worth a good bit more than that.

I have a similar rifle (1923 production date) that I may be selling in the near future. A lot of the value of the rifle is dependent upon the condition of the wood, chamber, bore, etc.

But yes, $700 would be very low unless it's in rough condition. I would guess between $1000 and $2500 (big range, I know, but probably in the $1500 range more than likely). I have some extras for mine (Lyman 21 sight, Lyman hand reloading tool in 32WS, brass, dies, etc) that help the value as well.

link to Model 94's in 32ws on GunBroker. There's a decent condition 1952 on there listed at $1250 and a 1954 with no reserve that's around $600 for now.

so ( i think ? ) 1953 the years yours would be steel blued . it was pretty standard for the older 32ws 94's to be Nickel steel, and 20 inch barrel length .

1923 94 32ws, nickel, saddle ring.

Pics help a ton to clarify condition. Wrapped in a blanket in the attic leaves a lot of room for interpretation on phenomenal shape

Your's is nicer than mine. I have a 1901 model w/ set triggers. Looks like it was carried in the bed of a truck.

32 special just doesn’t get a lot of attention anymore. Sweet little round but if it was in a more common caliber it would sell easier.

There was just one listed on Florida gun trader for $1800.
My dad has 2 of them, they will stay in our family until I die.
