EGW used to make one. Don't know if they still do or if they may have 1 left that is collecting dust but not shown in inventory.
Also I don't know if the EGW mount would clear the Varmint contour? You might have to trim the front portion of the rail, but the one I had was plenty
long enough that you could trim and still have adequate room for ring spacing and eye relief.
Good Luck, I would give EGW a call. I have dealt with them for decades and they have always had great customer service and some of the employees
in the past have been gunsmith's. Don't know if that is still the case?
