Not sure I've ever seen a rail for the Tac 2 besides what comes on them. My friend has one, and I don't know what the cant is of the stock rail? I'd recommend running a Near Alphamount to get the cant that you need:

If that won't do it for you, you could talk to Near MFG or Murphy's Precision about making a custom base.

I've done a rail for a Blaser LRS2, but that involved making a new top portion to extend the rail rearward, then machining off the original rail surface and screwing / bonding the new portion in it's place. (The Blaser mount is just too difficult to manufacture for the small number of bases I might sell.) If something like this might work for you, just give me a call at 800-553-8527.
