Rifle Scopes 20 moa scope mount question

My AR has a 20moa cant built into it but I don't shoot far enough to warrant it. Ideally I would like to zero it at 100, so my question is: has anyone ever heard of a -20 moa mount? or could I get something like a Larue 20moa PSR and flip it backwards to get me to a 0moa setup?

I don't see what the problem is, most scopes should have no problem getting a 100 yard zero with a 20 MOA base.

If you decide you have to have it back at 0 then yes a laure turned backward would do it. But as predatornut said it should work like it is.

I think I just figured out my issue. I'm using a KAC scope mount and have up till now thought it was a 0moa mount, turns out it has an 18moa cant.
