2007 FJ Cruiser Frame Failures

toyota has been replacing frames on their trucks for rust for upwards of 20 years.

quick google search:

local dealer does about 10 a week. shouldn't be to hard to get FJ incuded.

I have an '07 in MN, no rust (beyond normal). This is the first I'm hearing about it.

Not a spot of rust on the frame or anywhere
145K, original brakes, fabulous vehicle zero problems
 
I am not sure where you get the poor part but for sure we don’t use trash salt.

Shhhhh... We don’t want that shit getting out. We’re a big wasteland mud hole with no jobs and no money.

Seriously though, half the roads in city limits here aren’t even paved. Saves from having to put sand and gravel down on them. Other communities could learn a thing or two about winter needs.
 
Last year my motor mount snapped on my 06 Tacoma.... Luckily my fab guy welded on a DMZ kit to reconnect it.
They have serious problems with admitting problems with certain models and just fixing them in the newer generations quietly.
