I have done a ton of research on reloading, including all of TresMon's threads, thanks by the way. My kit is finally complete. I have had my mind set on the 208gr. Amax's for a year now, but I can't find them anywhere. Most of the sites say that they are expecting them in, but I noticed that Midway just moved there arrival from the end of May to the middle of June. Is there any chance Hornady going to discontinue these bullets?

I did see that Hornady does make a 208 gr. hpbt. I see the BC is .630 as opposed to the amax that has .648. I understand these are posted BC's, and may be elevated. Any objections to using these?
