210 VLD load development problems

I am having some issues with developing my load.

I am using 210 VLDs with 72.4gr of H-1000
I am sitting at .30 off the lands.

I am having some pressure signs such as light shiny marks on the case heads and I had one primer completely fall out(holy s*it).

Should I stop using magnum primers?
Should I seat farther off the lands?
