I have been reading some data on the primer change but wanted to give my personal results to see if others see the same thing. I use 59.1 Grains of H4831SC which yield me 2890fps with a 6fps spread and .4 moa 5 shot group at 100. Decided to try a 210m primer with the same load which netted 2823fps with a 5fps spread. My rifle lost 67fps with the exact same load and a 210m primer but the group stayed pretty much the same.

I can not get any speed from the 180 berger no matter what powder or set up I try. My rile shows pressure even at the bottom of the loads I use but the 175 ELDX seems to shoot awesome. The Bergers will shoot but at 108fps less with the same load. I am sure there is a reason but I would like to have a conversation wtihout all the "you need this powder BS" I hear. RL 26 gave me no velocity but RL 17 with the 162 gave me 3086fps with a awesome group.

Yes mag primers hotter cci250 is also an option, Magazine is your OAL factor? Reloader 25, h4350 and H1000 are other powders to try, if you have a 24” bbl it might be tough to get more speed, although 2890 is pretty good for 175 and of course accuracy trumps speed....which you have at .4 moa.....might also try 168 Berger

Mine is on a long action. The 175 eldx with 59.1 grains of H4831sc and the 215 primer shoot .3-.4 if I do my job. I was hopeing for 2950 fps but the barrel only has 86 rounds through it so maybe it will speed up a little. H1000 gave no speed at all. got pressure signs at low loads.
