I have a Tikka T3 Lite 22-250 on the way. Alot of use will be at night under a red light coyote hunting, some range shooting will be done. I have a pentax gameseeker that is good enough in the day but a buddy of mines Bushnell 3200 is so much brighter at night its not even funny. So im looking to spend $450 or less and thinking 4-16x is the perfect range for the 22-250. Im also up in the air on reticule to get. I have had chances for day shots on coyotes out to 350 yards or so. Not sure if a mildot will hinder my night shooting but help ranging dogs in the day and also with some longer range shooting. Im just so overwhelmed by the choices that im going crazy trying to choose. Any help would be great.

Also the Tikka comes with some medium rings. Not sure if I should go ahead and put a new set on or try theirs. Any help on this?

Re: 22-250 low light scope

I would suggest a bushnell 3200 5-15x40. I just put one on my 25-06 and it seems really nice. I got it sighted, dialed up the elevation, and busted a water jug at 400 on the first shot. You can find them for around 300 if you look around.
