22-250 on an Accuracy International Rifle

Is anyone shooting a 22-250 on an Accuracy International Rifle? If so will the .308 magazine feed them properly? I read somewhere that you could only load seven rounds in a ten round magazine because of the taper.

Seems like with all the more advanced options 22-250 would be kind of a waste on an AI. Check out 22 Creedmoor.

I'm all setup for 22-250 and it's less expensive, I don't need the latest fastest barrel burner around.

I like 22-250 and thought about a fast twist barrel for my AXSA a couple years ago but the taper and length is what kept me away. I just don't see it running right. 22 Creed is a much smarter choice if you want it to run and it's easy enough to order some new dies and brass and dump the 22-250. It also has many advantages over the 22-250 other than increased velocity. The longer neck and straighter body and sharper shoulder means increased accuracy and efficiency too.

Im running a 22-250 barrel on my AT, I've had a couple of feeding issues with a full mag but not enough to warrant the change to a different cartridge.
