22 ARC/Grendel PET Loads?

So I finally have a tracking number on my 22ARC barrel. It’s an 18 inch, AR barrel.

I have a couple hundred pieces of brass RTG, but I was wondering if anyone had a PET load they didn’t mind sharing for 75gr bullets, to help get started with barrel break-in.

Finally got the Sgt of Arms barrel in. Went to the range to perform break-in procedures and sight in the scope.

Rifle Spec:

Aero Precision upper with 15” Enhanced M-Loc Hand Guard
Barrel: 20” 416 SS 5R rifling, 1-7 twist, +2 gas with Superlative Arms .750 Adjustable clamp on gas block. Head spaced Bolt included.
Tread protector (5/8x24) at present time debating on suppress it or not will determine what muzzle brake will be attached.
Anderson Lower with Strike Industries AR enhanced LPK.
Trigger: Velocity 3lb Drop-in Single Stag. (soon to be changed out to LaRue Tactical MBT S2 two stage trigger).
Hogue Grip
JP Enterprise Silent Captured Spring Gen 2 H2.
MAGPUL PRS Lite Stock.
Arken EP5 5-25x57 FFP Scope in SPUHR QDP-45-16 20.6 quick detach mount.

Round count: shooting two days: 85 rounds total (including 15 rounds of reloaded 52gr SMK HPBT).

62gr ELD-VT: Avg FPS: 3176 with ES/SD (29/9.7)

75gr ELD Match: Avg FPS: 2993 with ES/SD (33/11.4)

88gr ELD Match: Avg FPS: 2716 with ES/SD (25/8.6)

OCW: 52gr SMK HPBT: Test 3 powders – Used 1x fired Nosler brass from 6.5 Grendel necked down to 22 ARC (all brass head spaced to 1.220), CCI #41 Primers. COAL: 1.935

Results: 60 degrees with 47% humidity.

AR-Comp: best velocity and grouping – 3411 fps (27.9 grains)

RL-15: Good velocity with best grouping – 3242 fps (30.0 grains) - (can go higher, further testing will be done).

8208XBR: Velocities all over the place. No further testing.
