Marvel and Tacsol make a nice upper for your frame. I like that idea (I have a Tacsol) better than the full gun like GSG, etc. They are cheaper made and with a quality slide assembly like those above you practice with the good trigger on your existing 1911. The Tacsols and Marvels are accurate and reliable as well.

I went with a Marvel conversion unit. I liked it so much I put together a frame to make a dedicated .22 1911 pistol.
