I intend to build out a 22 Creedmoor this year and will need to get my reloading gear in place. My goto, for all other cartridges, is the Redding Type S - Match die set. For those that don't remember the marketing name for that die set, it's the one that includes the Type S full length bushing die + competition seating die. Unfortunately, it looks like that cartridge isn't covered by Redding. So, now I'm searching for an alternate option of similar quality. I've read that some are essentially converting their 6.5 Creedmoor setup with an appropriately sized bushing and a 22-250 seating stem. I also found that Whidden makes a dedicated 22 Creedmoor die set. I don't have any of their die sets so I am interested in your impressions of their quality. How are you guys doing it?
