.22 mag barrel

Does anybody make a .22 mag barrel for the 597 HMR? I was thinking, instead of sending in the supposedly dangerous 17HMR, I could just change the barrel to .22 Mag and keep on shooting.

That is for a Ruger 77/22. I need one for a remington 597.
