I have found two versions of .223 go/nogo gauges, one for .223 and one for 5.56. is the set of gauges for .223 also suitable for checking 5.56 headspace?

Or, put it this way.........if you are going to be shooting .223, then buy .223 gages. Equivalent statement for 5.56.
